Palm Beach Tiered Dress

I have been eyeing this style and when it was on sale I decided to give it a try. It's loose (but not sloppy) and flowy...perfect style for throw a
on and go. I almost feel like I could have gotten a smaller size; but I may just add a belt. The sun protection is an added plus here in Florida.
I didn't realize it had a little ruffly hem...but it's cute. The length is perfect for me at '5 3". Overall I am happy with it and will consider ordering other colors in the future.
