Crafting the Perfect Aperol Spritz

Here's a simple yet sensational recipe to create your own Aperol Spritz at home:

Ingredients:

  • 3 parts Prosecco
  • 2 parts Aperol
  • 1 part soda water
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill it.
  2. Pour in the Prosecco, followed by the Aperol.
  3. Add a splash of soda water to give it that signature fizz.
  4. Give it a gentle stir to mix the flavors.
  5. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange for a burst of citrusy aroma.
  6. Cheers, time to enjoy your Aperol Spritz!

Non-Alcoholic Aperol Spritz (Mocktail)

Ingredients:

  • 3 parts sparkling water or soda water
  • 2 parts non-alcoholic aperitif (such as a non-alcoholic Aperol substitute or a bitter orange soda)
  • 1 part non-alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling white grape juice
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill it.
  2. Pour in the non-alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling white grape juice.
  3. Add the non-alcoholic aperitif of your choice.
  4. Top it off with sparkling water or soda water.
  5. Give it a gentle stir to combine the flavors.
  6. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange for a burst of citrusy aroma.
