Store Details
When are you open?
Starting Tuesday, February 13 with our grand opening event, we will be open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Other hours available by appointment. Email events@cabanalife.com for private shopping appointments or parties outside of our regular hours.
What is the address?
The boutique is located at the front of Cabana Life Headquarters: 315 11th Ave N, Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
Where do I park?
Please be kind to our neighbors and city ordinances. Parking is available in front of the building and near the vacant lot across the street. Cabana Life is not responsible for parking.
Can I do an in-store pickup?
Call 1-844-773-5683 to see if the item you're looking for online is available in store to purchase and pickup.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have a ramp on the entrance side of the building.
Can I book a private shopping appointment or party?
Email events@cabanalife.com for private shopping appointments or parties outside of our regular hours.

Will I find all online products in store?
We will have an assortment of prints and styles available in sizes XS-XL, plus select styles in 1X-3X. You can call if you want to check on an item to see if it's available in store: 1-844-773-5683. If you can't find what you want in store we can order it online with complimentary free shipping.
Will in-store prices and promotions match online?
Yes, prices in store will match prices online; including promotions and sale section markdowns.
Is there a sale section in store?
Yes, we will have new full-price and sale products available.
What sizes are available in store?
Women's sizes XS-XL. Select styles available 1X-3X.
Do you carry other brands and products?
We’re bringing you other women-owned brands and products we love that are guaranteed to make you smile. Come shop some of our faves, including local Jacksonville brands!

What payment forms do you accept?
Card only! No cash but all forms of card payment including Apple Pay are available.
Can I use an e-gift card purchased online in the store?
Yes, you can use e-gift cards in our retail store and online at cabanalife.com.
Can I purchase a physical gift card in store?
Yes, you can purchase physical gift cards in store for the recipient to use in person at the store or online. You can't find physical gift cards for purchase online (only e-gift cards) so this is an in-store exclusive.
What if I can't find what I want in store?
We can place order for you online at the store if you can't find the item or size you are looking for in person. We will offer complimentary free shipping for online purchases made in store.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my online order at the store?
We can process returns/exchanges for online orders. We still honor our 30 day return policy, after 30 days we can only offer store credit (online or in-store use). Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
