Amalfi Coast Embroidered Tiered Dress

Love the pattern, but recommend a different Cabana styles over this one. I have purchased 15+ Cabana dresses (typically size Large) and love almost all of them. This is one I wish I could return or exchange and now I know why it was a “Final Sale”. This style runs REALLY REALLY big and looks much better on the model.

Looks very old fashioned & tents outward, instead of ”flirty”. When I showed my husband, his first response was laughter, then…. “What are you wearing? I’m not going out in public with you wearing that… it looks like a short “Little House on the Prairie Nightgown” or something from the 1800’s.” I was thinking the same thing when I looked in the mirror before I showed him, so I couldn’t be upset with his honest response.

I’m not sure if a smaller size or 2 would be better, but I can’t exchange or return it. Wish I had read the other reviews before buying. The style probably looks better in an XS for petite women who don’t mind dresses that make you look bigger. It just doesn’t work for my body type.

I waited a long time for Cabana Life to restock this dress. I originally bought it in a size Medium but it was too big. The size small fits perfectly! It definitely runs large (all my other Cabana Life dresses are size medium) so be sure to downsize. I love the color and feel of the fabric and like my other Cabana Life dresses, it packs well and never wrinkles. If you purchase this dress, you won’t be disappointed!
